Jordy Caicedo is a professional football (soccer) player from Ecuador. He was born on November 28, 1997, in Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Caicedo primarily plays as a striker and is known for his speed, strength, and goal-scoring ability.
Caicedo began his professional career with the Ecuadorian club Universidad Católica and later moved to Independiente del Valle. In 2018, he joined the MLS team Vancouver Whitecaps FC, making him the first Ecuadorian to play for the club.
Despite facing some injury setbacks, Caicedo has shown promising potential and has been praised for his athleticism and technical skills on the field. He has also represented the Ecuadorian national team at the youth level.
